Six from equine team compete at nationals

Six members of the SMWC equestrian teams competed at the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association nationals April 23-26 in Murfreesboro, Tenn.
Four members of the SMWC Western Team competed: Whitney Mahloch placed seventh in the novice division; Morgyn Purdy placed 10th in the novice division; Brittany Gambill placed eighth in the advanced division; and Allison Kralovansky placed fourth in the high point rider competition.
The Hunt Seat team had two riders at nationals, Aubrey Fait and Sarah Kniesly. Fait placed 30th in the Cacchione Cup regional qualifier and competed in open flat; Sarah Kniesly competed in novice flat.
